At an altitude of 2.275 metres, on the summit plateau of the Kronplatz in Bruneck, lies the Messner Mountain Museum Corones, designed by Zaha Hadid. It offers visitors impressive architecture and a 360° panorama – causing goose bumps – not just from the outside, but also from the inside. In this guide, Reinhold Messner personally leads visitors through his Museum and allows them to immerse themselves into the world of traditional alpinism, where triumph and tragedy lie as close as in no other sport.
